This page is for new pilots who are looking to take to the skies at their local hill. You may have just left

your school and joined the club and are wondering what to do next.

Below is a list of club coaches whose role is to look after newly qualified and low airtime pilots on the

hill. If you get in touch with one of them, you can organise to meet on a flying day where the club

coach can pass on their knowledge and help you to make the best decisions and guide you on your

first post-CP flights. Most are available mid-week too.

It is highly recommended that you do this as your first flights out of the school environment can be

daunting and you may not have much knowledge at a local scale.

When contacting club coaches, please ensure you do it the day before a potentially flyable day and at

a sociable time rather than early in the morning on the day.
